Ah, it’s that time of year again. The time of year when thousands of individuals feel it’s necessary to take action on their personal lives as another year has come to an end. However,¬†Goals should be applied and acted upon throughout the year, not just at the end of the year.

In our minds, we feel the necessary urge to change something about us for the upcoming year, to start fresh with new aspirations and actions to change. The downfall with this is that these actions tend to wither away. But why? Why when we set something, do our actions show otherwise? Why we’re not persistent¬†with our goals?
