and identity shifts. Counselling offers a supportive space to sort through what is changing, clarify what matters,
and feel steadier while you move forward.

We offer virtual counselling for clients located in Canada, in accordance with provincial regulations.

Insurance coverage: Services are covered by most extended health insurance plans. Receipts are provided.

Canada-only: Services are provided virtually to clients located in Canada.

No referral required: A doctor’s referral is not typically required.
