Individual Counselling

Life can be tough, and it helps to have someone who listens, understands, and supports you in making real changes.
Individual counselling offers a private space to sort through what’s happening and move forward with clarity.

  • Stress, anxiety, low mood, and burnout
  • Relationship challenges, boundaries, and conflict
  • Life transitions, grief, and overwhelm
  • Patterns you want to understand and change

All new clients begin with a brief intake so we can ensure the best therapist match.
