Ashley Kreze earned a Bachelor’s Degree at Laurentian University and a Master’s Degree at Yorkville University, where she learned from some of the best minds in the field of psychology. Ashley holds an Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Externship with the International Centre For Exellence In Emotionally Focused Therapy (ICEEFT).

Ms. Nicole Sedlak

Nicole utilizes a person-centered approach that incorporates principles from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Nicole is also trained in Level 2 Gottman Method Couple’s Therapy and uses this approach in her work with couples.

I enjoy developing a strong rapport with clients and working in collaboration with them to achieve their goals, promote and improve their overall well-being and quality of life. I think it is important to highlight the client’s strengths and also to embrace their unique traits. I enjoy learning about what is meaningful to each client. My approach is flexible.
